“Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

“We had a nice few days here. Our host, Jason, was very responsive when notified about some kitchen items that were needed—he called to clarify and then sent the manager over with the needed items. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommended.”

“Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside, great location, it had great ocean views, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, it was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy.
