“Place was great. We had some issues with tv but host was helpful and super responsive! The small one in bedroom never worked but I didn’t reach back out for help as we didn’t need it. Walkable to OOB but little far without a wagon if you require lots of beach gear (we had surf and boogie boards so we just drive down which is fine.) “The property was just as described. It was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. My family is not uncomfortable that there were un housed people in the area. We felt safe the entire time. If you have not spent time in an area where there is a homeless population I could see why you would be a little uncomfortable. “Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. ”
