Guests may have access to the entire home except for one locked owner`s closet. Please make yourself at home.

*We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m(Lance) is only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

*Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the home. Doing so will result in an additional $300 fee.
No smoking of any kind. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be applied to violators.

Trash should be taken to roadside bin for Monday morning pickup. Please do not leave any trash out as animals may get to it and make sure ALL trashed is bagged before placing in receptacles.

On morning of checkout, please leave all used beds unmade. Please leave all used towels on the floor.

Please load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
