Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities. ”
