“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel.”

“The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. And maybe they had too many responsibilities. They were doing renovations. The room they gave me was facing the floor renovation area. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was the...

“The room was GREAT, spacious and clean. The neighboring rooms doors slammed constantly. I suggest a non slam door. But the location, staff, and convenience on/off the highway was easy.”

“The room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed, and the floors wasn’t that clean, however the staff was absolutely amazing! And super friendly which made us look over a room that wasn’t 110% clean.”

“My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”

“Hotellet var ok, men tycker det var lite för dyrt för vad du fick. Hade det kostat några hundralappar mindre hade det känns mer okey för nivån på rummet och hotellet över lag. Området var inte speciellt roligt men vi var mest här för att sova och sen åka vidare, vilket det ändå va ok för. Skulle inte rekommendera att bo här mer än någon natt. Wifi var knappt ok, tappa ibland hastigheten vilket var irriterande. ”

“The place is in a convenient location. The property was clean. However, there were issues with maintenance. We stayed on the third floor and the elevator call button was not working. We had to take the stairs down with our luggage. The breakfast options were limited so we ate outside.”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”
