The kitchen is a separate room from the living room. During the Christmas and New Year period, several families or groups can eat together with the addition of another table. The double bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Second bathroom with shower in the corridor. Frassino is a comfortable apartment for two couples or a family of 4-5 people.
Free WIFI inside and outside. The connection is not suitable for streaming or heavy downloads, good for email and normal web browsing.

Casale Refoli is a total of 5 km from the town of Casole d'Elsa in the province of Siena - halfway between Florence and Siena - in practice it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the town with restaurants, shops and all the main services.
The property is accessible via a dirt road of approximately 2.5 km. This country road is not recommended for sports cars or cars that are too low. On our web page you can see some of our guests' cars as an example.
Casale Refoli is an ancient Tuscan farm traceable in the papers (dated 1824) of the "Leopoldino Land Registry", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia.
