Kingfisher Cove: Beautiful lake home. Cassadaga Lake's Sunrise Shore

Originally named “Ildewilde," Kingfisher Cove was built in 1870 as an Inn, livery stable and picnic grounds to share the stunning lake views with visitors to the Cassadaga Lakes and the Lily Dale Assembly. We are happy to continue this proud tradition by once again offering this beautifully updated, historic home, and its four acres of spacious grounds, to visitors to the Cassadaga Lakes starting in July of this year. Redecorating is ongoing and pictures will be updated as changes are made.
The space
This home has five bedrooms with one king, one queen, two bedrooms with full beds, and a bedroom with two twins. There are three full baths and a fully equipped kitchen.

The home features beautiful outdoor space with four acres, including a dock, gazebo, firepit, apple orchard, and lawns for relaxing and enjoying the lake views and wildlife.

There is ample parking on site for boat trailers, and the NYS boat launch is nearby. We provide seven kayaks, a paddle board and a canoe, and life vests in various sizes.

We happily welcome up to ten guests to enjoy the beautiful Cassadaga Lakes and the park-like setting of Kingfisher Cove. Please be aware, however, that this home is in a quiet residential community and parties are prohibited.

While we love your furry friends, we do not allow pets to visit Kingfisher Cove. Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited indoors, although there is ample outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and the grounds. Entry is via a keycode number pad at the door.
Other things to note
This home is located on Western New York's premier kayaking lake! The Cassadaga Lakes are a chain of three small lakes connected by waterways that have abundant wildlife and natural areas, making them among the most scenic lakes in New York. These lakes are great for fishing and all types of boating, and in the winter this location offers easy access to skiing, hiking and snowmobiling.

Please strip the beds and put bedlinens near the washer. Place all used towels near the washer and start a load of towels in the washer. Empty all trash and place in bags in the trash can. Empty the refrigerator and freezer. Return all kayaks to the rack. Place any wet life jackets on hooks in the garage to dry, Thank you for your consideration!
