“Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home ”

“Great property. Terrific communication with host. We really appreciated Julie’s flexibility as we had to change our dates a few times. Property was very clean, nicely decorated, and view is lake stunning. A great cozy getaway cottage. Highly recommend!”

“I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.”

“We had a great time! it was everything we expected. If your looking for the Ritz go somewhere else. This cottage had everything we were hoping for.We are looking forward to next year!”

“Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that...

“The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

“Great communication and quick to respond. Even made a special trip to help reset the Keurig! The description is accurate on the site. Technically it’s on Lake Erie. However, you have to walk about 300 yards from the house to see the lake. (Would have been nice to be able to drive on the path). It’s mostly shielded by trees so not much of a view. There’s no place to sit in the huge beautiful backyard. Would be nice to have a patio with a shaded seating area. They do have outdoor travel chairs...

The apartment is very Beautifully decoratedThere are beautiful parks nearby for great walking and a friendly neighborhood. If you want to go out and say hello. I have booked for a longer period Because my professional work is going so well here because of the quiet and seclusion Thanks, Chris!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated Bemus Point home.The house was spotless when we arrived (cleaning crew was wrapping up and so so nice!)Super large grassy yard so bring yard games.Front porch was amazing!! Great place to sit and visit, read and enjoy the view of the lake that is across the road.AC worked great, beds were comfy, kitchen is functional and lovely. Wi-Fi access very good. Close proximity to the lake. The private dock is nice/small - recommend you bring...

“We were looking for a nice place on a lake not far from all of us without a lot of congestion. And we found it! Having a 4 month old along with a couple of 3 year olds make it tough to travel distances, so this lovely location on Lake Chautaqua worked great. Oven issue was addressed promptly. Everything about and in the house was described accurately. Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance also. Lots of room, nice beds, well equiped kitchen and easy access to the lake.”

“Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.”

“Loved our stay (our second time here)! Beautiful home and location offering everything we needed for our 3 generations and a dog. Comfortable beds, great communication, and hospitable host. Thanks for everything! We look forward to our stay next summer! ”
