“The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the bedding good quality. With this location and price point, obviously it's not the Hilton. But it's a solid, family run business that offers a good place to sleep. Parking is in a u shape around the front of the hotel. Our room was in the back, so there was a bit of a hike to move stuff into and out of the room. If you're on the upper floor as far as I can tell there's no alternative to taking things up and down the uncovered outdoor stairs,...

“It’s what you would expect for the price I guess. Room a little smelly. Not too well ventilated. Quite outdated. Staff friendly and efficient. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar. ”

“This property has serious problems with mold, which it covers up with febreeze and incense. Particularly bad for people with lung issues. There is a heating problem which was finally resolved after several calls with a cube heater. Needless to say, you could not open a window to freshen the air. My clothes stank of febreeze after my visit. Far too pricey for value received. Avoid this one”

“The self check-in was more complicated than expected, but the staff did assist (via telephone) and everything worked out. Room was clean and comfortable, though a loud mechanical sound below our room (laundry maybe?) occurred in/around bedtime and began again in the early morning. Conveniently located!”

“The Riverside Inn was great and excellent value. It is very much a help yourself sort of place as the reception wasn’t manned when we arrived, but the staff in the pub had been given our room key, which was good. The room is comfortable and equipped with coffee making things. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We ate in the pub and the food was very tasty and the pub staff super friendly and helpful. For a budget priced stay we thought it was great value and would stay again!”
