“Helt fantastiskt b&b, frukost av god klass, fina, mysiga rum med fantastisk utsikt. Ägarinnan är trevlig och hjälpsam. Pratar bra engelska! Ligger mitt i Montalcino. Visst det är några trappsteg men ska man bo centralt i mindre samhällen i Italien är detta något man får räkna med tycker jag. Dessutom inte så många steg att inte de allra flesta med normal kondition klarade det. Vår knappt 2-åring klarade också att gå upp och ner utan problem! Hit kommer vi tillbaka!”

We had a little trouble finding our way in behind the city walls, but the owners continuesly updated us via email, and met us on the square. “After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. ”
