“We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Todi! The views from the bedrooms and pool are stunning and the apartment is situated close to the medieval walls of the city. Adele was very responsive and so helpful in recommending restaurants etc - we had a lovely stay and definitely recommend to others!”

“The apartment was just the right size and included a beautiful balcony view. It was located centrally in Orvieto allowing us to walk around to enjoy the gorgeous city and wonderful people. The host and his father were so very gracious and kind! I definitely would stay again!”

“This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions or offiering to help make reservations. The only tiny thing I would say is that...

“Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall.”

“Can’t say enough how happy we were with our stay. Luigi was so kind and helpfulThe apartment was so nice! Perfect location with 5 minute walk to the main area and the best bakery!We loved Orvieto and will strongly recommend the White House. As others stated there are steps so if that’s an issue consider. I have bad knees and just took my time so steps were fine!Thank you Luigi for a wonderful stay!! And thank you Emanuela for your wonderful recommendations”

"We had an amazing experience at Hotel Della Fortezza! The unique atmosphere and historic setting made our stay truly special. What really stood out to us was the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability — from eco-friendly practices to their focus on local, organic products. We especially loved the delicious locally produced food, which gave us a real taste of the region. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and the environment in everything they do. Highly recommended — definitely worth a visit!"
