“Ne louer pas cette maison, la rĂ©alitĂ© de cette maison est complĂštement diffĂ©rente du descriptif donnĂ© sur le site. La douche est cassĂ©e (porte contre le mur et l’ouverture est bloquĂ©e), il y a une fuite dans la douche qui coule par le plancher dans la salle de bain d’en dessous. Les robinetteries sont dĂ©fectueuses et les rideaux de douche sales.Les portes fenĂȘtres ne se ferment pas, il manque des clĂ©s ou ne s’ouvre pas (cassĂ©e), les stores sont pour la plupart abimĂ©s ou cassĂ©s. “Pros: Una casa muy bien acondicionada y encantadora. El trato recibido por Roberto, el propietario, de nota 10. Muy atento en todo momento. Buena combinaciĂłn. La zona es increĂ­ble, en la comarca del Baix EmpordĂ  y muy cerca de pueblos entrañables como Sant Antoni Calonge, PalamĂłs, Pals, La Bisbal... Para este tipo de escapadas apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad y el silencio especialmente por la noche. En este aspecto tambiĂ©n un 10 de nota.”
