“Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

“Only stayed one night and arrived around midnight as our flight was delayed. I sent an email to the hotel and explained this and they made a personal video to guide me on how to check-in late, park, and find my room. The place looks much better than in the pictures. Staff was super friendly. Beds were good, breakfast great and the pool and relax areas very nice. Would stay here again.”

“The service was fantastic! Camilla our host for the accommodation contacted us well before we arrived and helped us with any questions before the trip. She met us when we arrived and helped with the bags. Throughout the trip, she was contactable and advised on everything from boat tickets to fantastic restaurants. “Vi bodde i lgh 105 superior pĂ„ bottenplan med utsikt över poolen. LĂ€genheten var ren och frĂ€sch. Vi var tre vuxna och tvĂ„ barn (3,4Ă„r) och vi trivdes. Poolen var stor och lĂ„g mysigt pĂ„ en bakgĂ„rd. Poolen var delvis i skugga hela dagen vilket Ă€r perfekt med smĂ„ barn. "The staff at this hotel is amazing! Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter. Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that. Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
