âVery nice room in a nice part of the village. The manager is very service minded but does not speak much english. However, it works anyway. Be prepared that if you arrive by train a taxi may be impossible to find. We were lucky. We called the manager who had a friend who came and picked us up. It is not that far but it is uphill from the station. On our way back we walked.â
âWe literally went from the airport in Rome after flying in from Bari at 10:00pm and left the next morning at 6:45. The owners greeted us, walked us to our room, got a cab for us to get to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning our cab was early and they sent us off with a bag full of snacks since we would not be able to have breakfast. â

âThe language barrier was definitely an issue. We were greeted in the street by the off-site host who was upset that we were planning to check out early even though we said we were paying for the extra night and despite the fact that we had emailed June 22nd that we had to shorten our stay. This is not a typical B & B. It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchenette on the same floor as 2 private apartments in a multi-story building above the pedestrian area. No blow dryer or iron is provided....
âWe got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite on the top floor. Very comfortable beds & pillows with nice clean bathroom & shower. 100% recommend, we will be back. â
âNice newly refurbished apartment just around the corner from the main pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. OK breakfast and accomodating hosts.
The only problem was the parking outside on the street as the local teenagers kept sitting on the hood of the car and the next morning when were supposed to leave we were parked in.â
