“Great breakfast, nice old building, great location. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars all around was issues with Wi-Fi that the staff weren’t willing to help us fix. We ended up finding the solution ourselves (logging in with a laptop and using the assigned username and password to log in to our iPhones, when the Sign Up to Login option kept failing on our iPhones), but we would have preferred that the staff take ownership of the problem and help us. ”

“It is a beautiful palazzo, and the main hall is stunning. The room — not so much. It has a bit of a run-down feel. Breakfast is not worth 15 euro a day. Location is a BIG plus, very central, with a very pretty square in front. You’ll have a window overlooking it if you are lucky. ”
