"Great location, room and top floor outside bar. The staff gave excellent service in all major languages. On late Sunday afternoon we quickly needed access to a nurse. The staff did a great job directing us to a center that could receive us with no queue. Suggested improvement: Both the quality and the process of serving coffee at breakfast needs improvement. "

"Zero Box Lodge was an amazing place to stay!! The negatives first: The room is small. This was explained in the booking but it felt a bit smaller than I expected. The bathroom was comfortably sized with a nice shower. Also, early check-in wasn't possible even though it was supposed to be possible for Hotels.com "Gold" members. But the positives far outway the negatives. - Great location! - Friendly staff - The lounge has a great vibe and is a great place to relax, get a beer, a meal and meet new friends. - The rooftop is a wonderful perk (didn't try out the "pools") - Affordable It was a little hard to find the hotel as the sign on the building is a bit small but a simple call to the front desk and they helped me "turn around" to find the entrance. My room (303) was right by the door to the stairs/elevator. I was worried I would be disturbed by noise when sleeping but this was not the case. When I return to Porto I will stay here again. I LOVED staying here. It was so easy to walk around Porto and many tourist places are within minutes. Also it felt like a lot of people from outside the hotel came to the restaurant in the evenings - it was packed each night and had a really fun vibe. "

"Frukosten var utsökt med personlig service. Speciellt Marianna som varje morgon hälsade välkommen, visste precis vilket rumsnummer och så trevlig. Hela hotellet präglas av god service och stor vänlighet. Fint rum, bra städning, kvällsfix i rummet kändes så varmt. Tofflor och liten matta vid sängen som var uppbäddad, lite extra städning om detta behövts. Så bra hotell med bästa läget nere vi floden. Vi kunde inte haft det bättre"
