“This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!”

“Pretty good location but the hotel was quite worn out with maintenance lacking. Dirty sunbeds, clogged drainage in the shower and ants in the room. (room was on ground level facing a grass lawn so I would guess the ants are hard to deal with) The staff wasn't unfriendly or so but felt pretty uninterested most times with the reception staff not even giving you a glance while walking past the lobby.”

“Warning! These people will rip you off! We arrived late and had to pay extra for checking in late. The receptionist then demanded a deposit of 200 euro that was not agreed. I was to tired to argue so I payed it. Now two weeks after our stay the deposit still hasen't been refunded. I guess we got ripped off. ”

“The room was located next to a road with a good amount of traffic. The madras was stained with dirt and blood. It was super cold, and even having the heater on all night didn’t help. ”

“Rena rum med bra AC. Fullt utrustat kök. Hårda sängar. Många poolområden att välja mellan. Lugnt område, 7-8 min gångavstånd till fin strand. Okej med restauranger i närområdet.”

“Great service from staff that made our stay something special! ”
