âVilla Herencia is ideally located in old San Juan, and the hotel building has a long history, apart from being one of the most beautiful hotels weâve ever visited.
It is a boutique hotel in its purest form, perfect for people who want that little extra, the authentic old San Juan experience. Itâs probably less for families with small children and more for couples looking for a luxurious getaway, and golly, itâs perfect for the latter!

âConvenient location, close to the best downtown bars. A little loud but our intention was to go out and experience the nightlife in the area. We would stay there again. Very grateful the host offers luggage storage free of charge. â

âMy gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance.
Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While itâs located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so itâs nice and quiet and I didnât have any safety concerns.
