“We want to compliment Trevor and Diane on their helpfulness. The doors in the rooms closed to loudly and there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Other than that we had a good stay.”

“Room key pad worked about every 5th attempt. No real hot water in sink however did have hot water in shower. Shower headed drips constantly. Toilet at times would not flush. Work out Room filthy. Didn't look like treadmill has been cleaned in years. Breakfast presentation not appealing. The entire facilty needs a serious renovation. Very disappointing. Staff was friendly though. “Great hotel”

“Vi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.”

“Excellent level of communication leading up to and during our stay. Our room was adorable! Though the room was small, it was very well planned out and completed every thing needed.”

“So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. “Fantastic location and beach!”

“This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all...

“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”
