Motell i Cat Ba

“We had a wonderful stay. The personal was excellent, the room was wonderful. Won't hesitate to come back.”

“Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations.”

“Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.”

“Grymmaste personalen, finaste läget”

“Centralt beläget. Rent och prisvärt. ”

“Great and beautiful place, in a quait village outside catba town. Better to take the bungalows around the pool !!. They are perfect. The staff is nice and helpful with all you need. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant is good . highly reccomend this place.”

“The hotel is tucked away in a small side street from the street, but clearly marked and easy to find. The staff (one guy and his family) were great and friendly and very helpful, arranging a day tour and a bus to Haiphong for me. The room itself was nice, though no windows, but had a desk and multiple wall chargers. I do wish the room had a water kettle of its own. But that elevator! I loved the elevator and the ding sound it made when reaching a floor and how it would trail upwards! What a...

“The hotel is beautiful although the breakfast was really bad and the coffee pretty awful (instant coffee). We didn't even eat dinner there due to how bad the breakfast was. The staff were really nice and talkative though but only two of the lobby guys could speak decent English. There was no hot water coming from the focet in the bathroom sink and there is no shower curtain or anything so the entire floor got totally soaked and took a long time to dry up. One good thing is that they have smart...

“Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

“Very nice place, good area. Nice staff.”
