“Nice property overall, but the service was disappointing. Beach towels were listed as part of the amenities, yet they were unavailable both days we stayed, despite us asking multiple times at different points throughout the day.
The staff also didn’t come across as particularly friendly or helpful, which made the overall customer service experience feel pretty mediocre. The property itself was nice, but the lack of advertised amenities and the service definitely took away from the stay.”
“Our stay at Pavilion was excellent! Great customer service, beautiful rooms and property. The happy hour each evening was great and the complementary luggage service to the ferry was fantastic! Will definitely stay again!”
“The morning breakfast was simple but nice. The location was wonderful and the Metropole Marketplace had a cute tourist and coffee shop as well as a bowling alley that served food and a hotdog and hamburger place. The staff was helpful and proactively asked if we needed any advise regarding the island. The only critique I would have would be that the AC was kind of loud and had to be set very low to keep running. Fortunately my wife and I like it cool to sleep.”
“The best hotel on the island. If you want views, no haunted mess, cleanliness and great atmosphere and coziness, choose this one. I booked the panoramic suite. Soooo worth it, the entire walls are windows. They have an open snack bar at all times. My only complaint was Ignacio, the front desk guy, he was a little condescending.”
