“This was a clean, well located property in Catalina. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. There was a nice fire pit area in the courtyard that was really nice. There were so many great touches at this property that made it feel inviting. We also got 2 adjoining rooms (the family suite), for the price of a single room in most other spots on the island. It’s not a 5* hotel, and maybe a bit noisy, but we enjoyed the charm and the staff a lot.”

“The hotel may once have been a charming place to stay, but it now feels neglected and in need of renovation. The shower had visible mold, and many other areas of the hotel felt worn out and outdated.
It is located about 15 minutes from downtown on top of a hill, but they do offer a complimentary shuttle service, which was very convenient.
At nearly USD 500 per night, we expected a much higher standard overall. Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the price.”

I would highly recommend Snug Harbor...

“Incredible experience! Entering the cove at Two Harbors reminded me of maybe a place in the South Pacific - Palm trees, mountains all around, beautiful blue water. Getting off of the ferry we were met by Abby, who anticipated our arrival and brought us up to the Lodge. The staff was available to help with every request and always greeted us with a smile. The Lodge is an Arts and Crafts former hunting lodge, built in the early 1900's. Every room within has a view of the ocean in either direction....
