Hotell i Catalinaön

“They had a nice breakfast. The rooms were nice”

“En terminos generales, excelente”

“Great facility, service and food ”ok””

“If we were to visit Bayahibe again, we wouldn’t stay here nor recommend it. The floors of our room were dirty upon arrival, there were ants and spiders web in the bathroom etc. The bed was rock hard. The available staff only knew Spanish so there was zero ways to communicate for us non-Spanish speakers. The location is good - short walk to the beach and stores just around the corner. ”

“Everything is in the the hotel is awful. If you think your money is valuable, so go to other hotels.. 1-Service is very bad, workers very rude! Lazy! Especially at the main restaurant, pizza restaurant, at bar… everywhere.. Looks like they don’t care anyone.. what a shame for a hotel guest.. 2-Reception very rude! They don’t know how to speak with people and they don’t know english.. 3-Food is… OMG!. Huge disappointment. Nobody looking to buffets. Almost half is empty all the time. Flys around...

“The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

“Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in”

“Worst hotel ever! At check in they told as that they didn’t have a room and was overbooked! We booked months ahead! After a lot of discussion they transferred us to an other hotel, whish was not at all what we wanted. With two smal kids (1 & 3 y old) this was extremely disappointing!!!! ”

“Todo de maravilla”
