“We've stayed in Rye Beach area many times for sports tournament weekends. Very convenient location. Neighborhood homes are hit or miss - but in general one feels safe. Home itself could use some more comfy seating in the living area and more kitchen items but beds were comfy and having two bathrooms is nice. Playground is close by too.”

“Great location on the lake. The park is connected to the property and the beach. People walk to the beach right next to the outside patio. It is a great location right on the beach but no privacy. It would be perfect for little kids! ”

“This resort is very dated and nothing like the pictures in the reservation. We first got to the hotel and they gave us a room completely different than the one that was showing in our reservation. When we got to the room the sofa was so dirty with some questionable stains. Then I had to go back and get new room and the elevators took forever because one was broken. So we had to keep taking the service elevator. When we got to our room the room was better so we thought. At least the couches were...
