“Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.
If we ever return to Toronto...

“This hotel is beautiful! It’s new and the staff are fabulous. The rooftop terrace offers a great view and the staff encouraged us to use it. It’s large and it’s great to eat any food you’d like to bring up. Lots of tables and chairs. Pet friendly. Doggy area on terrace. Restaurant is the best!
And workout room is open 24/7. It’s got great equipment. Walkable to food and shops! Highly recommend ”
“Nice hotel, would come back. Friendly and nice staff, big rooms. Good cleaning by cleaning staff. Wifi was very good. Location perfect.
The rooms are a bit worn and could need some TLC and modernization. There is a lot of notes, special document to sign at check-in about need to be quiet, visitors etc. to the point where it feels more as an obsession to have it everywhere than actually a problem seen to the guests that were at the hotel. Never seen it as this at any hotel in the all the hotels...
“Great stay, close to just about everything in the city especially if you enjoy walking or public transit like we do (we didn’t get in our car the entire stay). Front desk and security guard in the building made everything feel very secure. ”

“Trevlig personal. Bra läge i staden. Mycket bra sängar. Mycket enkel enahanda frukost. Tråkigt med papptallrikar och plastbestick. Mat, plast och papper kastades sedan i samma avfallstunna. Matoset låg tungt i lokalen och vi var tvungna byta kläder varje dag efter frukosten.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt
"Vid bokning av rummet på hotels.com var alla bilder på utsikten mot CN tower. När jag kom fram var rummet på första våningen med utsikt över en betongmur. Ålderdomliga rum. Frukostbuffe med mycket litet utbud, kallt bacon och varm mjölk. Enda fördelen var att man satt ensam i ett stort balrum, antagligen eftersom inga andra gäster ville ha denna frukost. Detta är inget 4-stjärnigt hotell. Mycket besviken."
"Vårt rum 1249 var renoverat och i gott skick. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från stora Eaton Center och tunnelbanan. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till Chelsea!"
