On the upper ground floor, the living and dining area is decorated in a rustic and cosy style, featuring a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace that adds warmth and character to the space. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor comes with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, and provides direct access to the terrace. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the facilities on this level.

The lower ground floor features a dining room with a ceiling height of 220 cm and a dining table, along with 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm. A second shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level.
