“Condo was nice . Easy check in and check out . Owner responded quickly .Quiet area . No crowds on the beach . Pool was awesome . Staff very friendly and helpful . Pickle ball courts were great . My only complaint if I have to say anything negative was the master bath should be the front room with private bath , also I would of liked a full length mirror or another mirror in the bedroom or hall . With only the mirror in the bathroom for two people to get ready was tuff . Will definitely return . ”

“Truly enjoyed walking out the screened in porch to the pool and awesome view of the small bay. Finding starfish everyday was a new experience. Regular walks to Starfish Point in the morning and in the evening to see awesome sunsets. Short distance to Rum Point area along with swimming with stingrays were other highlights. “We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman!”

“While we were there in early July the beach in front of the property was taken over by the ocean but was shallow enough to easily walk in. There is also a beach that is accessible from the complex on the side. However, we didn't find a way to walk to the rest of 7MB with the current water level. Peppers restaurant across the street served amazing Carribbean food. Truly a very convenient location. We plan to go back! Harold was very accessible, friendly, and helpful before and during our stay.”

“This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place. ”
