“This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. All tires were flat and seats...

“Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. She even gave us a little extra time as we were running a little late on checkout. Thank you for opening your home to us ”

“Great location with a 3 minute walk to the beach or harbor side. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Manasota Key is a great little island with great food and friendly people.”

“It is no wonder that Jen is a SuperHost, everything at the ShoreBirds Cottages are top-notch. Clean, fresh, classy, and excellent communication with the host. We could not have asked for anything more from rentals during our stay in Englewood time and time again. ”

“This was such a cute Villa. It was just like home. It had everything I needed to make a meal. The Villa was very clean and even provided some popcorn, oatmeal, coffee, tea and condiments enough for afew days. The communication between us and property owner /manager was "spot on". It was just a short walk to the beach. I would differently stay there again.”

“Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.”
