“This is an amazing beach condo. All of the components in this unit are of high quality. I mean all. It's like living on the beach without getting sand between your toes. “We love Avila and this place gives you quick access to the beach as it is just behind Avila Market. It is tucked in tight behind the businesses that run along the beach. There is a peek-a-boo view to the beach, but we value a quick walk to the beach over a view and a parking spot. Inside is very cute, clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We had four staying there and it was comfortable. There is no A/C but you are just steps from the beach, so go enjoy it. We'd stay again!”

“Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck.
