“We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

“Beautiful location with amazing views on Cayuga Lake. Communication with the owner was great! Check-in/check-out was a smooth process. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were so many little extras, anything you could need is there. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“This was for a mom’s weekend away and we had a wonderful time! The house is huge and clean. The beds comfy, and many of them king size. The location is private and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Great location close to vineyards. The toilet in the hall bathroom and house water pressure was a bit of an obstacle but the sellers said they would be addressing it. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to bring up until we left, so I know they will fix it :) But with 7 ladies needing showers before going...

“Spacious, ideally located, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well.
