“The property was clean and well kept. The outside was cleared enough to park and walk around the house but enough flora was kept to keep the birds around for easy viewing. The interior was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare dinner and all appliances worked. The screened porch was most enjoyable and the swing turned out to be our favorite spot. Good views, easy access to the beach and close proximity to the ferry are a big plus.
