“This home was very clean and had a great private property with long dock and chairs to enjoy nature. We have never been to the area and is a bit remote so I'd recommend bringing food and supplies initially if you need. Great getaway spot to disconnect with plenty of amenities and fully furnished kitchen.”

“Another wonderful week in Davis............despite a few days of unsettled weather. This was our 3rd stay at Sound Escape. The house was excellent as usual, and we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Lost to see and do in and around Davis if you're willing to drive a bit. We love this place !!! ”

“We wanted just a house on the water to get away and relax. This was the perfect house. My mom has always wanted to live in an old farm house with a big front porch and this was it. We sat on the porch pretty much all day enjoying the views and the breeze. We would live here if we could. I would recommend this house to anyone.”

“Beautiful view of the cape! Water shores are a must but great amenities for families who enjoy fishing and kayaking. Kitchen had everything you could ask for! Cons: Wi-Fi didn’t work all week despite troubleshooting with property manager, neighbor that doesn’t share a driveway immediately asked us when we were leaving, fire ants were all along interior aspect of back door and in one of the chairs upon arrival and no vacuum on site. Additionally, master bedroom matress was very springy and sagged...
