“The room were very clean and the staff was very nice. They gave us cold water bottles when we checked in. Breakfast was limited, though. We would stay again!”

“The uneven tub to floor was a trip issue. The dressers for the tvs are too close to joining room doors. Rooms were clean and the extra pillows were nice.”

Only issue i encountered was housekeeping, I was not informed we had to request housekeeping and when you do, must tell them what to clean. I called and informed them to make beds, sweep floors, and replace towels: we get back from Cedar Point and all the dirty towels are still on bathroom floor. Please update housekeeping guidelines.”

“Breakfast was good however there is no where to eat so be prepared to carry it back to your room. Otherwise the rooms were updated and clean. TV small but good selection of channels. Bathroom and shower very good. Lots of clean towels. Will come back and recommend for anyone looking for a no fuss motel.”

“Clean room close to Cedar Point would stay again ”

“It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”

“Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. “The staff is super helpful, the rooms are unique and the area is very nice. The “Oh Taco” restaurant on the premises is a must, especially the guacamole with feta and honey! Don’t miss out on that! Would absolutely recommend staying here.”

“We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!”

“Security doors were ducked taped open so anyone off the street could enter. The Security lights in parking lot were out; we informed the staff - they were not replaced by the time we left. We stayed 8 days for a funeral and extended visit with relatives - it was made known upon check in that there would be no room service unless we removed all our belongings. “the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.”

“Lots of activities for the kids to do - pool, splash area, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball, fishing, etc. The staff was also very helpful. My only complaint were the beds weren’t very comfortable. But we would still stay there again!”
