“Trevligt hotell med pool alldeles vid stranden. WiFi i receptionen. Restaurang och pub vid poolen. I området finns ingen shopping, endast en närbutik med det mesta man behöver. En ny restaurang (Feb 2016) har öppnats i närheten som är värd ett besök”

“Habitación limpia, personal atento & amable, piscina espectacular al igual la playa. Muchas opciones de restaurantes y a precios módicos. Aspecto a mejorar: Tener un baño cerca de la playa . El estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte $17 por noche y $30 por noche de fee de hotel. ”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Great stay. Quiet and in nice location. Checking in was easy and staff was helpful. Rooms clean and ac keeps room cold. One recommendation, the continental breakfast nices to be enhanced. With the island and it's abundant fruits, some type of juice should be available and maybe a variety of actual fruit also. The hotel advertised free continental breakfast but I only saw coffee, one type of cereal and a health cracker the two days there. We would stay there again. Nearby a place called...

“We got a conveniently located flat without view but Milton arranged a move to a very nice flat by the sea that was wonderful. For us this was perfect.”

“We had delays and contacted the hotel to let them know we will be coming a day later. Hotel never sent a code to enter the facility. There is no direct contact to management. We were taken for our money and never stayed in the hotel that we booked on Expedia. This facility needs to be reported and investigated. Do not book a reservation here you will end up stranded on the street. We had to book other hotels for the rest of the week. I will be looking for a refund.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Wydham Beach Resort. The room was so spacious and had extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The pools were amazing and last but not least the private hotel beach in conjunction with the pool area was so nice. The rainforest view from our balcony on the last floor was just breathtaking 😃👍”

“The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay.”

“Mer hostel än hotell. Okej bemötande av personal. "Continental breakfast" var rostbröd, jordnötssmör och färska äpplen. Mysig liten gata i universitetsområdet, men lååångt om man vill promenera till stränderna.”

“Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...

“I have stayed few times at Embassy’s, I was surprised that PR locations doesn’t have the waffle maker like other locations, my bathroom door lock did not work, hot water never work and for the last I woke up with a lot of bites, I’m assuming bed bugs this visit was really disappointing hopefully next time will be better. ”
