âWe had a lovely last minute stay at the wild pheasant hotel. No complaints other than that the rooms are incredibly warm. We brought our own fan as previous reviews stated the same. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. â

NĂ€ra vĂ€gen, stora rum och badrum och en pub med trevlig personal. Rekommenderas om man vill bara övernatta och resa vidare nĂ€sta morgon.â
âWe had a meal on the first night which was very good. Guinness pie with mash and an Angus burger. Food was served hot and was very tasty đ The room was clean and tidy with a big bathroom. One small issue was a loose toilet seat but it was sorted as soon as I reported it to reception. Overall a good 2 night stay. A cooked breakfast would have made the stay even better but there was a continental breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt etc.â

Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location.â
âThe inn brought me home to Wales and was a shelter from a storm within a warm community. Dai will go above and beyond to care for his own and strangers. My room at the inn will carry memories, as I am sure is the experience for many. I could have won a walk up a mountain - another time. Thank you and your staff Dai:-)â
âThe room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall.
When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes
