“The place was perfect, cozy, and big for our family of 5 to live in. The place was in the old town city center and near everything. The room was quiet so sleep was no problem :) The best of all was the host that was awesome and gave welcomes, restaurant tips, sightseeing tips and help out when you needed:) Warmly recommended ”

“Perfectly situated for walks along the harbour front and a public beach. Bari old town was 20 minutes walk with a nice surrounding shopping district .Train station was 15/20 min walk to access other communities.”

“The view was awesome! Huge deck was great and Rita was really great with check in! Zio peppe pizza around the corner 5-10 min walk is a must! The place was a bit far from san Nicola so we rented a car but place had nice parking spot in complex!”

“The room itself is really nice, well equipped, but quite dark as there is no window in the main room. The location is close to city center, if you are ready to walk. We found a super pizza place in the near that is highly recommended (Da Donato)”

“We stayed here in the end of July. It is a spacious apartment that is near the old Bari area. Check in was a bit odd, as our host's friends let us in and gave us the keys without even stepping foot into the apartment (no checking passports or ID or anything). They had been doing some work in the apartment so there was a strong smell of superglue / adhesive in one of the rooms. There was also large water stains on the wall of the main room that had been painted over. It was hot (85F) that week...

“Beautifully presented and comfortable flat in traditional housing block. Although outside the main tourist throb, the area is full of local colour and has many places to buy traditional products close by. The host is very responsive and friendly.”

Pas d'accès possible au parking car télécommande HS et non remplacée malgré les promesses faites lors du check in. Très peu de meubles et très peu de vaisselles disponibles. Rapport qualité/prix négatif.”

“The property was in a great location and fairly roomy. We were frustrated when we advised the host that we would be arriving at 2:45pm and got a text back saying they would be there in 20minutes. We waited on the street with all of our luggage for 30 minutes only to have the host arrive, take us to the apartment and realize it hadn't been cleaned. We were asked to leave our luggage at the apartment for a couple of hours so it could be cleaned. We were tired from travelling but had no choice....

“Disappointing Cons- musty mildewy smell throughout the apt. There’s a dehumidifier in the apt and it helps some, but we had to empty it at least once a day. We stayed for 9 days and only received 2 bath towels. The couch has stains on it- (I suggest a new couch or at least a couch cover). The shower tile looks as if it’s not been cleaned. In desperate need of bleaching. Pros- it’s in a great location and walking distance to everything. ”

“The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with places to eat and buy groceries. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We immediately felt at home. We would definitely stay here again.”
