“I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. “There were small maintenance issues that seemed to be something that would have been caught beforehand, otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would stay again.”

“The room was clean the property is well maintained and the staff was pleasant and helpful. ”

“A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower.”

“We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck.”

“There was lots of noises in the hallway and upstairs so many events going on in town people are drunk and we were trying to sleep. Had to leave premises at midnight ”

“Hot tub was closed down, then the tub drain in our room was broken. Staff member was very helpful to try to fix it, finally had us move to another room and that room the bathroom sink drain would back up and drain very slowly. Overall place needs some maintenance improvements.”

“Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. ”
