“The breakfast was good but things in the kitchen broke on the second day, however many other options were still available. The pool was good to use but the hot tub was broken. Walking distance to amazing food, gas station and medical if needed.”

“Nice hotel, up to date, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Patio area is nice. I did have an issue with the sink in my bathroom, but by the time we got to the hotel I just didn’t care enough to have them fix it or switch rooms.”

“Fridge in room had a bunch of mold in it.. no pool towels and would only give us 2 towels. I had to go purchase a cooler AND towels for the weekend. Front desk made it seem the fridge and mold wasn’t a big deal. With cheer comp weekend we were stuck with room as hotels were full”

“Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!”

“We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street). We stayed in a 2 bed / 2 bath with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and the city view. Aside from creaky floors, it's a fantastic unit! Plenty of space for...

“If it was on the water, with a balcony, is the only improvement I would suggest. Our room was clean and comfortable. The added living area was so nice. Staff was great! I would definitely recommend.”
