“Excellent hotel for the price point! Rooms, Beds, linens, etc were very clean and new. Hotel staff was very attentive and personally asked if we needed anything everytime we passed the hotel lobby and texted me a couple of times as well. “The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly. ”
