“Hotel was clean and rooms quite nice with good standard. On sunday they blasted music on the roof so high that it was hard to even be in the room three floors down, even less the roof by the pool. Party music, there were 2 ppl on the roof and they insisted on going on for hours. The reception was half of the times empty and sometimes easy they got there 10 minutes after you rang the bell. ”

“I stayed at this hotel with my sister. We ended up extending your stay longer then planned. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the beds were were comfortable. It was quiet at night so you will not have troubles sleeping here. Wifi, fans and aircon worked very well and they provide you with a safety box in the room to keep valuables. “Fint hotell med bra läge. Trevlig personal! Vi hyrde cyklar hela vistelsen och kunde förvara dem säkert inne på hotellet. Vårt rum på bottenvåning var väldigt fint, dock ett minus för att det var lyhört och att man hörde spolningar och i rören hela tiden. ”

“Vi valde att ha Villas H2O som bas för utflykter runt Tulum. Hotellet är relativt nytt och fräscht med en fin pool att relaxa vid efter dagens upplevelser. Hotellet ligger relativt centralt men ändå ostört från närliggande trafik. Bra restauranger på gångavstånd. Bäst av allt var alla goda tips på matställen, strandhäng och cenotes att besöka som vi fick av hotellets hjälpsamma personal. Utmärkt wi-fi.”
