“Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. The food however, left much to be desired and the cleanliness was fine but not comforting eg. dust and grime in corners, dirty cutlery, and the...

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”
