Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. â

âThe staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!! â
âThe place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. â

âProperty manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. âLet me just say that the front desk staff were EXCELLENT! They were always friendly and helpful. I frequently travel, and the customer service was a 10/10.
They were able to graciously accommodate a few requests. Before booking my stay I was apprehensive because I had read a few negative reviews. I can now tell you that I did not experience one negative thing.
I was also surprised that I could not hear anyone walking in the room above me- that is something that I CAN NOT stand.
