“The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient. The parking was plentiful and free. This is by no means a "fancy resort" but it served the purpose for the price. A good place to stay to access Manchester and surrounding areas. The trickiest part of our stay was getting out of the parking lot and navigating south on Second St.”

“The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“Small stain in floor. Shower/toilet door opens by sink and is a pain when you have multiple people. No breakfast was offered. Had to pay!! ”

“Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great.”
