I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. “Expedia app did an autofill while making the reservation, and wrote my name incorrectly without me noticing. Hotel could not check me in, after a long day driving.”

“Clean room. Staff friendly. Didn't see any pets. Did not use the hot tub. The inside of the elevator needs to be repaired. It makes a bad first impression. When did the hotel decide to charge for parking? I went there years ago and there was no charge. When booked the room, the charge was $5. When I checked in, I was told it was increased to $7.”

“Breakfast foods not at proper temperature. Eggs, sausages were cold coming out of the pans. Wouldn't even melt butter. Can't comment on the cold as I didn't have anything cold.
