“When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters. “My room's exterior wall was full length glass and had to run electric heater full on to warm up the room which is a fair size. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. It has a kitchen with microwave, an air fryer, a hot plate would be handy. Appliances and kitchen ware are new and washed. However, parking lot is limited and street parking will have to be utilized during the...
