When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters. I said okay better then freezing. Mind you there 3 flimsy comforters. There was 1 face towels in the bathroom towel rack. No washcloth for the sink. The towels were old and dingy. We didn't touch them. The walls in the bathroom had stains also the sink had stains. I could not hang my towel or clothes on the racks. We went out to eat and came back with couple blankets from relatives house to find a single portable heater in the middle of the rooms. So we spent the night with our doors open so we could sleep a little better. 1 more mention the king size bed creaks and the mattress was super uncomfortable. We barely slept the night. I'm writing this in the hopes that the next person booking knows there's no heating if you book in the cooler weather and the owners can fix this issue knowing what some renters go through. Also wanted to mention it says accessible but we had to go down some rickety stairs so not accessible at all. Good luck.
