“My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again.”

“It was great except for the check in which was 4:00. In Maine it was dark by then and the listing did not say the entrance was on the side of the building, not the front that was in the photo. There lighting on the house numbers was inadequate and we had to call and wait to talk to someone who could help us locate the proper entrance. I recommend better lighting and signage. “The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. “This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Cozy Cabin. I just wanted to get away for reading and accomplished my goal! I love that there isn’t a TV, but there is WiFi. The fridge is great capacity and the microwave and oven are perfect. There is a grocery store less than 15 minutes away if you’re like me and just want to stay in. Barbara and John leave a great welcome message. I’ll be staying here again when I want a quiet getaway! ”

Lovely place overall

"We had a whole cottage with a spa bath and a separate bedroom to ourselves. The bed was comfortable! Besides a few splatters on the wall in the kitchenette area and the bathroom, this place was CLEAN. We loved sitting on the "porch" (had two chairs and a small table) and take in the environment with the beautiful flower beds. Breakfast was lovely (real mugs!) with two exceptions. The hot water for e.g. tea had slight taste of coffee, i.e. the thermoses for hot water only and coffee were not kept separate. Someone thought it was wise to mow the lawn right next to the outside patio where breakfast could be had during breakfast (and the mower was loud!). WiFi in the cottage was rather poor but the management worked on fixing that. Overall a very nice stay."
