“We were looking forward to our stay in grand bend for over a month. The one word I would use for my stay is unprofessional. -Check in process is walking into a bar and asking for my room key. “All good but no kitchen facilities except a small fridge(was given a microwave when asked). Above a Crabby Joe's so can get loud at night. Have to pay for parking. Nice bathroom and bed, and seating area on the deck. Walking distance to beach.”
