“Nice, cute cottage for an overnight stay. Would be best suited for a summer time family lake vacation. Had minor issue with TV connection; was promptly addressed by the manager. Liked being able to park car right next to the cottage.”

“The house was clean and lots of small touches that improved our stay! The house is supplied with everything you might need but didn’t pack! The outdoor space is very nice. (This is not a critique of the property; it is in a nice location - just an FYI. It could be walkable to the shops and restaurants; however, there is no sidewalk and would be tricky especially with young children or a pet (or even if just more than 1-2 people).)”

It was a cute place and had everything u needed to get away. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the Blackstone, fire pit and hot tub! Absolutely loved the location! School house was very comfortable!”

“The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner. “We had a wonderful time hiking and photographing nature in Brown County State Park and the house was very close to the park and to Nashville. We enjoying shopping the shops as well. Only downside was no fenced in yard for our pet. Otherwise all was good.”

“There were a few things that could use some improvement to make this a little nicer but may come with more time and experience. We had to buy more silver wear as there was very little. The bed was comfortable. Could use two pillows per person. Lighting in the cabin is not the greatest in the kitchen and bathroom. No thermostatically controlled heat, just space heaters. “Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”
