“My entire family enjoyed our weekend in the farm house as part of our adventure to see the eclipse. The kids loved the horses and the chickens. There were 9 of us (counting 2 small children), and we were very comfortable in the space.”

“There were 8 of us ladies. We stayed 4 nights. The farmhouse was more than what we imagined. There was room for all. Surprisingly, there was enough coffee supplied, toilet paper and paper towel, hand soap, towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods. It was clean and the decorating was very cute. Highly recommend!”

“This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines...

“The house was a great base for a visit to Bloomington. It was clean and compact and had the basics needed to make meals. It also had laundry. Our host was quick to respond to our questions.”

“Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”

“Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.”
